1. All families are fully responsible in full for any and all fees. After committing for the upcoming calendar year and making the initial deposit - your membership fees are collectible regardless of whether the player opts to continue to participate or not. Converting to open does not mean you are not responsible for the remaining elite fees. You will be and they will be auto-collected in full once notifying us to convert or drop The payment plans are a no-interest benefit we offer our families to manage fees, but ultimately you are responsible in full. We have no refunds. We will accept no chargebacks.
2. Fees for non-sufficient funds are the responsibility of the player.
3. All tournaments fees for Open and Elite players as well as Camp, Clinic and Solo Travelers are non-refundable once registered
As a Club, we are required to purchase our team slots in the tournaments almost a year in advance. We have already selected, registered and paid for the entire 2017-2018 season for tournaments. Registrations for the tournaments we attend sell out within minutes of opening. We make a commitment to our members to assure that they are in the best tournaments available for exposure to the college recruiters. When a player joins the Club and opts for the Payment Plan, she has an obligation as well to the Club who has already paid her tournament fees. We often have turned away players once an Elite YOG category is filled. Open membership fees are also considered to be non-refundable. We do not accept charge backs in any case. All unpaid fees are collectible in full or handed over to an outside collection agency.
If there are extreme circumstances that limit a player from participating once she has joined the club, contact Lisa directly. In some rare cases a credit can be carried, but the player is still responsible to complete the full payment plan for her membership level that year.
IT IS THE PLAYERÃ?Â¢??S/PARENTSÃ?Â¢?? RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP A CURRENT CREDIT CARD (or CHECKING ACCOUNT) ON FILE AT ALL TIMES. IF THE CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE CHANGES, CALL EITHER LISA OF KATHY TO MAKE THE UPDATE (UNFORTUNATELY, YOU CANNOT DO THIS YOURSELF). THE SYSTEM WILL ALWAYS USE THE NEWEST CARD ON FILE WHEN CHARGES ARE MADE.
